I think some appear in the book Offal Oil and Shale Railways, or The
Shay Locomotive - Titan of the Timber. These books are extremely rare,
and a mint copy can be worth up to $500. If someone who has these books
can post the Publishers name, or photographers names, perhaps you could
approach it that way.
