I just wonder how long the PTC C classes will last , as one of the main
justifications for buying them back in 1977 was that they had a design life of
40 years, at least thats what the then Vic Transport Minister wanted everyone
to beleive.
In fact one wonders whether the C classes will even outlast the X classes.
