Preserved EE locomotives in Australia that I am aware of include:
1 WAGR R class at Cohunu Wildlife Park (static)
1 WAGR F class )
1 WAGR G class ) nor sure who by or where, but are operational. Both ex MRWA
1 SAR 500 class at Goolwa (Steamranger) operational
1 VR L class electric at North Williamstown (static)

I cannot think of any others at this time that have not been mentioned
previously by other posters.
Also of interest.
ARHS WA has 2 ex WAGR Xa and/or Xb Metropolitan-Vickers operational.
There is alsoat least 2 ex WAGR Z class Drewry diesels preserved.
One is at Boulder (Boulder Loop Line Railway) operational
The other, I think, is at Dwellingup (Hotham Valley Railway) operational.
I am not sure about the 2rd loco in the class. I seem to recall it having been
preserved, but don't know where.

I hope this is of some help.
