W-Class trams trundled through the city streets again yesterday, almost
a year after they were withdrawn from service. But it could be another
year before the full fleet is back with an improved braking system. And
despite two City Circle trams returning to service yesterday, it could
be months before the return of the 10-minute timetable for the tourist
trams.
