According to The Australian, the combined effects of problems at
Brisbane's two oil refineries and 50 million litres of fuel required for
the Tandem Thrust military exercise is causing a shortage of diesel in
Queensland. Trucking companies are starting to see problems in fuel
supplies, and Queensland Rail could experience problems in the north of
the state.
