To be fair , they did also recommend some modifications such as extra
indications on the distants to indicate that a running cross was
ocurring , and only on 1500 metre loops with 50 or 80 KM /H turnouts.
Now that Westrail is privatised , what is the status of the running
cross ban in WA?
