IIRC, that crossing already has speed bumps.  Not large, but they get bigger
and closer together as distance to the crossing decreases.  The train line is
also visible from the road (been on both cars and trains there), and the
crossing has a dog leg curve marked in it with plenty of warning signs about
the crossing.  If people choose to ignore those, along with the train belting
along at 160km/h beside them, then that's their bad luck.
