RE: New trams



My own opinion on this is that if the outlet doesnt' have the ticket you 
want, 
and you can't buy it on the vehicle, then you have not had the "reasonable 
opportunity" to purchase a ticket and can travel without one.

This shouldn't be treated as legal advice, though. I'm not aware of any 
authority to support it (though I am aware of someone successfully defending 
themselves in a mag ct on the above basis). The PTUA is not qualified to 
give 
legal advice.
