Ensure all trains are free of graffiti before entering service.

Clean train interiors daily and train exteriors fortnightly (trains are also
cleaned in service to remove litter and spillage that occur during
journeys).

Have two security guards on patrol on every night time train (security
guards also patrol other selected services).
Staff major stations throughout operating hours.

Provide closed-circuit television coverage of platforms at stations.

But no-one to watch?

Repair stations and trains damaged by vandalism as soon as reasonably
possible.
