Cheque for Training Train project

It was a case of all aboard in Tamworth yesterday as Premier Bob Carr
and his entourage inspected a dilapidated train set which is hoped to
become the flagship of Big Sky Country tourism development in the
region. Minutes earlier Mr Carr presented a $35,000 cheque to Tamworth
and District Chamber of Commerce president David MacIntyre to help
transform the three rail cars into a rail restaurant and hospitality
training facility.
