TransAdelaide was warned in December that Adelaide Railway Station
ticket barriers – which reportedly broke a girl's arm two weeks ago –
were unsafe. However, it is understood TransAdelaide continued to use
the barriers until they were black-banned by an occupational health and
safety officer last week.
