Does anyone really believe that Carl Scully really "battled" for extra
funding for a rail project? He is spending all his time encouraging
more roads projects and imposing more toll roads on western Sydney. Can
anyone name anything this Roads Minister has done to support rail based
public transport or railways freight in the last 5 years?
