Connex 15 minute delay on Lilydale Line

This afternoon (Sunday) the 4:29pm service from Flinders Street to Lilydale
was delayed at Richmond owing to a "passenger that had taken ill" in the
second carriage.  Ambulance crew were called to Richmond station where the
train was "delayed until further notice".  After approximately 15 minutes
the service pulled out of the platform with no announcement almost leaving
many passengers who had alighted during the lengthy delay standing on the
platform.  Fortunately the driver opened the doors again to let them on.
