I've noticed earth works going on along the main north, so far between Scone
and Blandford.
They seem to be increasing or re-shaping the cuttings, but have also been
extending many culverts along the way at the same time.
Does anyone know what this is for? Is it just maintenance, or are they
making allowance for duplication or other major works?
