NSWGR track dimensions?

Hi all,

Can someone please tell me the size of the wooden sleepers used by NSWGR?
I'm thinking of getting away from my armchair modeller status and want to
start by building some reasonably accurate track.

If I were to use the C&L finescale parts, what would best represent NSWGR
track?
