Safety Vests & Level Crossings

While driving along the Hume yesterday with little to occupy the brain
this solution came to mind (putting together recent threads on safety 
vests and on level crossings)

If all cars were required to wear saftey vests while crossing rail 
lines then the cars would be kept safe.

Then too, if all car occupants were required to also wear safety vests
while the car is crossing rail lines the occupants would be kept safe 
too!

In addition, if trains put on safety vests before crossing roads the 
trains would be kept safe as well.

So simple!!!
