last time i looked at Dorrigo, it was a junkyard full of rusting hulks -
there was no real atempt to preserve anything of historical value - contrast
Oberon for example.  Like Batlow, I suspect that Dorrigo will finish up
being erased by the local Lions Club and converted into innocuous parkland -
maybe that would be better than a dangerous junkyard of neglected assets
