Countrylink food and service

For those who regularly complain about Countrylink food and service
(myself included), here's the latest in service from Brits at Midland
Main Line. MML has recognised that if they can't compete on journey time
(the line is limited to 110mph), they have to compete on service.

Premier class is only available on HSTs. It's not an extra class, but
extra service to First class seats. It's almost Pullman standard.

Standard class includes:
* Complmentary tea/coffee
* Seat service of drinks and snacks

First class fares include:
* Seat service of drinks and light meals
* Complimentary tea/coffee and newspaper to seat
* Complimentary fruit juice, mineral water and a choice of fruit, cakes
and pastries appropriate to the time of day.

Premier class gives all First class benefits plus:
* 48 hours secure car parking (not available at St Pancras)
* London Underground return ticket
* Use of the Premier Lounge at St Pancras
* Complimentary breakfast [1] and light meals to seat, including wine
with lunch and dinner

[1] Journeys commencing before 8am. Choice of the Great British
Breakfast (with optional black pudding) or Continental breakfast.

MML also has a free booking telephone at East Midlands Airport near
Loughborough and at Luton International airport.

Cheers
