Then by law you have to wait 30 years. There may be provision for "special
access" under NSW law (there is under fedral), it would require specific
application.

BTW Someone earlier in this thread mentioned that a file was witheld because
some much more recent papers were attached to the file. You can ask for the
part of the file >30 years and it must be relased to you, any problems,
complaine to higher levels
