What u say is well and good.. if the Network People would work by
that. but they dont... NRC insist on running trains that cannot be
accomodated by the curernt infrastructure. and if they get late
everyone else is expected to stand aside.. I think it is a great thing
that this nonsense of standing  passenger trains will cease.. The
people who travel on them deserve more... Obviously working for NRC
you dont understand the difference 9 minute crosses on XPT's can mean
to the XPT. Sometimes it can mean up to an hour late at the trains
destination.. nor would ya care. Nothin wrong with that..

If schedule G was adhered to it would be fine. but train controllers
werent adhering to it. so it has been torn up.... not before time. and
in NSW anyway they do what teh Govt tells em
