IIRC 3-2car sets DMU capable of 200kph will be replace the aging Prospector
railcar around 2003.
They are to be build by Goninah.

There was a discussion earlier in this NG about the cost of these DMUs.
These new DMUs costs a lot more expensive(7-9m$ per carriage) then the
recent order rollings tocks like QR diesel tilt train and VLP railcars.
