Sure is, just checked CityRail's web site again.  It has 2:49pm, 2:59pm,
3:06pm up weekday departures from Bankstown.  More's the fool me for thinking,
even momentarily, that publicly available CityRail timetable information would
be accurate.  So I'll take it that you're right (and quoting from the WTT?)
and acknowledge that the 2:49, assuming it ran (and was in order), was 19'
late.  I should have known that only 9' late on sector 2 was too good to be
true.

And that episode in a week when CityRail improved it's suburban PM peak,
on-time within 3', performance from 79.4% the previous week to 89.4% (can I
rely on the daily figures I saw?)!
