I still have his "Thunder on Blue Ridge" 33.1/3 LP
vinyl, just staggering, not only because of his
recording techniques back all those years ago, but the
muscle of US steam power that was moving unbelievable
heavy and long trains over grades that the Pilbara iron
ore heavies would not attempt with all their modern
wiz-bang loco technology.

I respectively suggest all pilgrims in this group who
have never listened to OW Links "Thunder on Blue Ridge"
do everything they can to have a listen.
