NSW Redevolpments.

I am posting this article on behalf of Geoff Lambert , who is having

It is said that an announcment is expected soon on a major
redevelopment for the Randwick area, driven, it is said again, by
Randwick being the area of fastest rising income in NSW or Australia.

They say the redevelopment will include:

* A branch of the Southern Railway from Green Square to UNSW (they say
45,000 people travel to the Randwick area every day)
* A "boulevard" (whatever that means) from South Dowling St to
Randwick
* A $450m Biomedial Research Centre in the UNSW/POW hospital area.
* Bread that always falls butter-side up.

Next week they say they will say.
