Non Australian borrowed/stolen pics are still non Australian borrowed stolen
pics, placeholder or non placeholder.

I fail to see the relevance of a (presumably) Amercian steam loco for a site
that advertises (trolls?) as a CityRail specific site as one of many
examples. What's next, pics of Macs?
