Hi all,
Question to ponder.
If the Melbourne to Ballarat proposed fast train upgrade was done in
standard gauge and the Ballarat to Ararat section was also converted to SG
with the track at the same quality as say the SG from North Geelong to
Melbourne, how much time could be shaved off the Overland Adelaide to
Melbourne journey if it again went via Ballarat?
