Personally, we I think we need some more orbitals rather than 'spokes'.
How about:-
Hornsby, Windsor, Penrith, Badgerys Ck (couldn't resist) , Narellen,
Campbelltown/Macarthur, Sutherland ?
Pick up all those outer growth areas...
