My wife who was my fiancee at the time thought she was going on a scenic
tour of the Melbourne 'burbs and was not impressed by the noise produced by
329.
329 now resides at Whiteman Park in Perth and is now helical geared and
almost silent. Some time back we took our boys out there and 329 was the
service car. I reminded Melanie of the trip in 1978- she raised her eyes to
the heavens!
