Wolo Conditions

Whilst this subject has been addressed before , Im interested in
exactly what criteria have to apply for this warning to be given and
also on why its issued in some places and not others.

For example ,on the Main South Wolo conditions are often in force on
hot days (temp above 30 deg C ) between such obscure places as Fish
River and Wallandbeen,but hardly ever north of Fish River to Goulburn
or south of Wallandbeen.,even though its equally hot..
On my last trip down south to Albury , (temp above 35C) wolo
conditions applied as far as Wallandbeen ,.but no further south, even
though it was just as hot all the way to Albury.
