Craven Bros crane 1073

Hi,

The Richmond Vale Railway Museum has just acquired ex NSWGR 70 Ton Craven
Bros breakdown crane 1073, unfortunately it is missing 2 of its builder's
plates, and we are looking for a clear photo of either of the plates so we
can have replicas made. Both plates are also missing off 1072 currently
stored at Delec.

The first plate is the large oval plate on the right hand side crane turret
side it is believed to read "Craven Brothers Limited, 70 Tons, 1928,
Manchester". The second, smaller plate was fixed at the rear of the crane, I
am not sure what was on this plate although I have been told that it did
contain the NSW coat of arms.
