Re: Impressions of the Gold Coast line



Why are there SMU 2s on the gold coast line?  i thought 99% of trains were IMU's
unless they ran out :p

The smu2s are smooth hey ,  the coil springs on each wheel  have smoothed them
out heaps,  The motors or at least the chopper is different too, i first noticed
the new trians when one took off at roma street and i thought, wtf  is that
noise? :p  sounds quite cool actually.
