Pensioners travelling from Orange to Sydney using CityRail services
pay eight times more for an extra 55km trip than Bathurst pensioners
using the same CityRail services. The bus costs him $22 return and the
train ticket $2.20. Pensioners purchasing tickets from Bathurst pay
one ticket price of $3.30.
