Stop the Virus before it gets to you!

The latest terror virus on the loose is Snowhite and the Seven Dwarfs
- the REAL story! (sic). In order to keep it off your Windows 95/98/ME
PC, follow these simple steps:

For users of Microsoft Outlook Express:

1.Start Outlook Express.

2.Click on the Tools menu, then scroll down to Message Rules, and
across to Mail...

3.With the Mail Rules tab highlighted, click on the New... button on
the righthand side of the window.

4.In box No. 1 (Select the Conditions for your rule), place a tick
next to Where the From line contains people.

5.In box No. 2 (Select the Actions for your rule), place a tick next
to Delete it from server.

6.In box No. 3 (rule description), click on the underlined "contains
people". In the new window that appears, enter the following e-mail
address: Hahaha@sexyfun.net and press the Add button. Make sure the
address you have just typed is now added to the People list, and that
the address is correct - every e-mail sent to you that is from that
address will be deleted without your knowledge! Now click OK.

7.In box No. 4 (name of the rule), type a name to identify this rule
(such as Snow White Virus Rule).

8.Click the OK button, and OK again at the window with the title
Message Rules.

For users of Netscape Communicator (Messenger):

1.Start Netscape. Ensure the Messenger window is active by clicking on
the Communicator menu, and choosing Messenger.

2.In the Messenger window, select the Edit menu, then Message
Filters....

3.Click the New... button.

4.In the Filter Name text box, type a name for this filter (such as
Snow White Virus Filter).

5.Make sure there is a dot next to Match any of the following.

6.The combo-box beneath the Match any of the following option will
currently read Subject. Change it to read Sender.

7.To the right of this combo box is another that is currently set to
contains. Leave this as is.

8.To the right of the contains combo box is a textbox. In this box,
type Hahaha@sexyfun.net.

9.Below this is a combo box for what to do with the e-mail conforming
to the above criteria. From this combo box, select Delete.

10.Click OK, and then OK again at the window titled Message Filters.
