[ VIC} INDEMNITY forms

Does anybody out there have in their possession a V/Line Pass or Freight
Australia Indemnity form??
I have a lease on rooms at the Wodonga Railway Station, and before I can
invite guests to the rooms, I need to have a form that they can sign, which
indemnifies V/Line Pass should one of my guests get into trouble on the said
Railway Property.
Apparently The Land and Buildings belonging to the people of Victoria, are
managed by VicTrack and leased partly to Freight Australia, and the rest to
V/Line Passenger.
We pay our rent to V/Line Passenger, and have been asked to submit a copy of
this indemnity form to The SM at Seymour ASAP.
I would think Steam-Rail or Seymour Preservation would have a suitable form
already prepared.
Just visited my local Solicitor, and just could not afford him :o((
(said about $400, but we all know they can't help themselves  and would be a
thousand without any trouble at all) I am not quite sure what is needed to
be said in this form.
I don't think V/L.Pass have had the need for such a form yet, as they said
they had none to show me.
Thanks for any help, our Club is pretty poor, in fact it already owes me
heaps, and I need to get the doors open soon
