A classic reply, Tezza.

The original enquirer seems to be a bit confused about different types
of documents. Weekly Notices and Circulars are not the same thing, and
probably the thing he saw about the 75th anniversary was different
again, viz. a Special Train Notice. There are other standard document
types as well, e.g. Weekly Speed Notices. 

Tezza might give a pertinent assessment of how many people read some of
these other document types.
