I don't think they are planning on running an XPT - I think they are
planning on running a loco-hauled service using PHA vans and XPT trailers.
Not sure when it is due to start though.

Given that 7-car XPT's have now been reduced to 5-cars, what is to become of
the cars (allegedly) on order? Granted, they will need another XBR, but they
will have ample cars to provide a service on this run.
