Actually, technically Victoria also had 3ft 6in - the narrow gauge crossed the border from Wolseley to Serviceton for a while.  Mind you, that was in the days when SA still laid claim to that part of Victoria.

Also not to mention the 3ft 6in Tweed Heads line which also entered NSW.
