As far as I know, yes. FreightCorp employees also, though they're trying to
buy it back now for a miserly amount before the sale.

Premium services like Jetcats can't be used, otherwise any service any time,
during work or when off duty. Applies to trains, buses and ferries. A
concession pass can also be obtained for the rest of their immediate family
5 or 6 times a year, plus during the whole of the employees annual leave.
