QR went through the rationalisation etc some years ago, and while such a task
is never complete, it is certainly a long way along the way. It is an
efficient, profitable system. Not like the bloated mess in NSW, where the
Govt. has now given up the attempt (until they again relise they cannot
afford afford the present system)
