Small population hence lower useage. Cityrail would rather spend money
on electrification busier route like Maitland and Kiama and transfer
Endeavour for Bathurst.

Can use the spare loco haul carriages from Countrylink currently not in
use for a service say leaves Bathrust in the morning and return from
Sydney in the evening.
