Hot on being renamed from Hillside, Connex has revived a name from the
past by renaming Richmond to Picnic [originally the terminus of the line
in an early privatisation, before the bridge over Yarra River to enter
Hawthorn was constructed].
As at Tues.26.9, the station was covered with 'Picnic' signage.
