Of course - but I don't have a copy of the Trade Practices Act handy (and am
too drunk to wander off to AustLII) so I cannot provide a definitive
reference, but I believe that government businesses are "sort of" exempt
from the TPA (under certain circumstances).

Will wander in to AustLII when sober and awake (some time tomorrow morning)
and have a look at anything that is applicable.
