Ummm.., if this rule was worked out logically, then the speed board for an
increase in speed would have to be placed 1 maximum train lenth beyond the
physical point where the higher speed is possible.  So if the maximum train
lengh is 2000m, then my little single car pie cart would have to crawl along
for 2 km's at 40 km/h until I see the 115 km/h board.

Wot a fantastic Rule.
