That's because it is tabled 2 minutes behind the SOP out of Sydney, then when
the SOP turns off at Flemo, The BOP jumps in front at Lidcombe.  It runs 2
minutes behind the BOP to Westmead before crossing to the slow tracks to run
behind a Richmond train.
