Re: More Cityrail Delays

Caught the 7.52 am from Cheltenham (NSW for all you Vic smart arses) and it
turned up very close to time. The front of the set was targeted as an "R"
set (didn't note the number) although it was a 8 car set. Plenty of seats
but by West Ryde the train was full and passengers missed out at Nth
Strathfield. A lot missed out at Strathfield also since they waved off the
set after quickly shutting the doors, the same thing happened at Central so
on time running was easily maintained. Got off from the last car at Town
Hall and there were no crowd problems at that end. The 4.07 pm return trip
(which went to Gosford and was a T set) was uneventful. Got to Epping just
in time to see the Olympic torch being run up Blaxland Road so had plenty of
time to see it changed over on the road bridge at Epping where Beecroft Rd
starts. Hope it continues as well>

Cheers
