Ummm, did you know that the correct apostrophic abbreviation for minute
is ' , while the one for second is " ?

I hope you meant "a minimum 5' each side walking time", because the
other interpretation would mean that Cityrail drivers would be a shoe-in
to win *all* of the foot-races in that big sporting carnival down in
Sydney.
