[NSW] Additional stops at Concord West?

Has there been an STN issued to allow for Northern intercity services
to make an extra stop at Concord West for certain weekday and all
weekend trips?

Coz I've observed that many intercity services are stopping at Concord
West to supplement the rather dismal half-hourly slow trains that call
at all stations to Hornsby and those to the city.
