Re: cost of standardisation



My dad lived near the Millendon junction in WA for a number of years after
the Avon valley line opened.

Was wondering about the regular work at the junction (about monthly).  Asked
the Fettlers who told him they regularly cut out a chunk of rail due to the
creep caused by the ore trains descending the valley.
