You can see some remnants of the line at the back of Westmead Hospital -
turn left off Church St heading north into Briens Rd (the M7) and turn left
at the second major intersection (the major one after the lights - not sure
of the name of the road) - go down to the bridge just before the service
entry to the hospital, and look west off the bridge and you can see some
remains.
