R711 not running this week

Please note that due to the line still being closed at Corio (and
expected to remain so until at least Sunday), R711 will not be running
the Warrnambool pass on Saturday 14/10. It should resume next week. On
the 0843 down, road coaches will run Melbourne-Geelong, train
Geelong-Warrnambool, while the 1705 up will be road coaches throughout.
